World famous, 3 Michelin starred, restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence has a well-earned good reputation since it’s opening in the 1970’s. Much due to Annie Féolde and Giorgio Pinchiorri’s passion for food and wine, Enoteca Pinchiorri has become something more than a restaurant: an institution of gourmet excellence, a destination for all discerning food, wine and ambiance lovers. The restaurant has now added a new home – away from home. In april 2016 Artisan by Enoteca Pinchiorri opened it’s doors in Dubai and has brought “La Dolce Vita” to the heart of UAE. The name Artisan stands for itself: A worker in a skilled trade, especially one that involves making things by hand. The underlying philosophy of the restaurant boasts a strong focus on craftsmanship, which shows immediately as you enter, with a unique contemporary expression of the traditional Murano glass chandelier. The decor is minimalist, modern and pure, so as to give full power to what matters most: the cuisine. The repertoire is temperamentally Italian, ingredient-driven, insolent. The first artisan we would like to introduce is the “Signera”, Annie Feolde, who has mentored the brand’s success since the 1970’s, with her husband and partner in crime Giorgio Pinchiorri. What started out as a Tuscan enoteca is now a world class restaurant, combining gastronomic cuisine with the precious findings, actual grape gems, researched and acquired by Giorgio.
