The Michelin guide recently agreed and awarded a star to the French restaurant ONA (Origine Non Animale) run by Claire Vallée. – ONA is a restaurant that in addition to offering first-class food, should also be a place where respect for people, nature and animals permeates everything, says Claire.
Of course we long to visit this fantastic restaurant, but as you know, the travel opportunities are somewhat limited right now and we are instead starting to look around for goodies within easy reach.
